Robbie Weaver, who is a Harrison High School graduate and a member of my private tuba and euphonium studio, received a $500 scholarship from the Atlanta Federation of Musicians. Robbie was one of seven winners selected and will study this fall at Columbus State University with Andrew Miller, principal tubist of the Alabama Symphony.
